• The JEEVAN scheme of Delhi Govt. is very helpful for payment of various bills at one place. The water bill of DDA shoul be included in JEEVAN services.

• Plantation of trees on the road divider from families of Palm/Dates trees which required less water and carry themselves in hot season.
• All the bushes of bogenvelia should be kept small on the divider so that vehicles from the opposite side can be seen. Divider on the road can be covered with small angel iron structure and proper space should be given for crossing the road (not as done before, cemented grill for stopping people from crossing the road which was spoiled by public.,
• Where plantation of tress is not possible we can keep big potted ornamental plant.
• Public utility services should be provided by MCD after every 2 km so that commuters/public effectively use those facilities and revenue can be generated.
• Regular pick-up for garbages from the dustbin provided by MCD/DSW outside every society.
• Proper utilization of open land for parking till it is operational for which is proposed.

• It is common in the surroundings of Sector 9 Dwarka and its streets garbage Heep's are found and the local civic body even do not have system to remove the garbage, which may cause epidemic. Even stray dogs are found but MCD is not bothered to remove them. Parks are abandoned and have become shelter for criminals and bad elements in the evening many unknown person are found sitting in these abandon parks drinking liquor with prostitutes.
Please do needful and convey our grievances to the concern authorities.

 A sewage drain infront of our house seems to be choked and the sewage drain water is leaking out creating a bad patch outside out house. Also there are 02 colleges and a hospital at the vicinity and more so over its a main road where most of the movement happen to be on to and from Amberai Village. Request you to kindly look into the matter urgently as the same is erupting a fowl smell. Please help us... The address is opposite B - 231, Near Axis Bank ATM Amberai Village Sector 19.

• The residents of this society have long felt the need for establishing a well stocked modern library at a central palace in Dwarka.
• A plot of land ear for Housing Area Facility (HAF) is laying in undeveloped state. The locals are using it as cattle yard. The area is low laying resulting in accumulation of rain water which in turn becomes a breeding source of mosquitoes and flies. It is an eye shore and causing grave risk to the residents of Air Force and Naval Officers enclave, Plot no11 Sec-7 Dwarka.
• You are requested to please direct DDA authorities to have the area cleaned periodically, remove encroachments and develop HAF as planned.
• There is 20 meter wide road in the east of Society. The road has been blocked by an illegally constructed building. You are requested to have the building removed.
• A small DDA park adjoining our society is not being maintained properly. You are requested to direct the maintain the park.

Meeting for the Development of Dwarka Held



A meeting of Awaz Confederation (Voice of RWA/NGO/MTA/MEDIA)  was held on 25 th Jan2010
the officer bearers of Awaz Confederation. Sh Rattan Lal Kaushik chaired the meeting. President of the confederation Mr.Naresh Lamba informed to all office bearers that In Dwarka lot of work is required for beautification & sanitation, we should arrange for a meeting to discussion these
Issues with all RWA/NGO/MTA/MEDIA of Dwarka. These topic have been discussed with
Sh Rajiv Shukla (SDM Najafgarh), he has given time on date 20th Feb,2010 for meeting and also assured to give all possible solution.


Following points decided in meeting :-


1) Invitation will be sent to all RWA/NGO/MTA/MEDIA of Dwarka.
2) Meeting will be held at A-64 Nirmala House Palam Ext.Sec-7 Dwarka.
3) SDM Najafgarh & other related Govt. Officers ,Bhagidari Core Committee mem. Will be invited in the meeting.
4) In media sector, special contribution should be taken from Dainik Jagran City Plus.

SDWS celebrated Republic Day

शहीदों की चिताओं , पर लगेंगे हर बरस मेले
वतन पर मरने वालों का , येही बाकि नामो निशा होगा
Social Development Welfare Society (Regd.NGO) celebrated Republic Day on 26th January 2010 at Shaheed Ramphal Chowk Palam Ext. Sec – 7 Dwarka. President of NGO Mr. Naresh Lamba hoisted the flag with NGO’s children. NGO’s Vice President Mr. Manish Mann Greets Republic Day to all present there.



Social Development Welfare Society (Regd.NGO) is taking care of this Shaheed monument
( Shaheed Ramphal Chowk). Airforce Retired Sh. Kuldip Singh Solanki, Ex Registrar Sh. Pohkar Mal, Sh. Jai Bhagwan, Sh. Jai Singh and NGO’s Best volunteer Miss Anisha Lamba & Master Ankit Lamba , all other students of NGO & other people saluted the National Flag by singing the National Anthem. President Mr.Naresh Lamba’s message , he addresses the people that where ever there are shaheed monuments, people should respect them and RWA & NGO’s of that area should take initiative to take care of those monuments. Posters & Banners should not be affixed on such monuments. People should respect them who have sacrifice for the country.

SHAHEED SAMMAN PROGRAMM ORGANIZED SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT WELFARE SOCIETY ON OCCASIAN 3rd FOUNDATION DAY

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT WELFARE SOCIETY ORGANIZED SHAHEED SAMMAN PROGRAMM ON 
OCCASIAN 3rd FOUNDATION DAY.

Social Development Welfare Society ( Regd. NGO) organized Saheed Samman Programme on occasion of its 3rd foundation day. A large no of retired army men, defense officers, around 300 children along with residents from nearby area participated in the program. The only saheed monument in sector-7, Dwarka ( Ramphal Chawk) named after Saheed Ramphal Kajala ( 9 Mahar regiment) died in 4 th July 1999 during Kargil war. The chief guest of the occasion were family members of Saheed Ramphal wife Smt. Anita Devi, daughter Suman and other relatives were given samman. On behalf of the Society Inspector Sh. Subhash and Sh Sandeep Ahlawat facilitated family members of Saheed Ramphal.

Saheed samman march started from Bal Shisksha Centre and Kumari Anisha dressed in mother India with Indian flag lead the march. Religious heads of Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Christian along with other residents recited patriotic slogans – Bharat mata ki jai, Vande matram, Saheed Ramphal amar rahe, Hindustan jindabad and reached to Ramphal Chawk. Sh. Naresh Lamba presented woolen shawls to all religious heads.





Other prominent persons present were Chairman of the society Sh. K.S. Bhati, Vice president Sh. Manish Maan, Ankit Lamba, Sh. Ratan Lal Kaushik, Sh. Kishan Chand,Mr.Yugul Kishor Dwivedi,  Brigadier R.P.Singh, Colonel Chawdhary, Wing Commander Surjit Singh Bawa, Major Sangwan and Seth Ratan Singh.
